So sorry to hear about Cecil. He has gone to join the heavenly crowd of loved ones already there. I am sure he will receive an especially warm welcome from my husband, Pastor Leslie Bath and our beloved son, Timothy is also there at a very young age.
I know how you feel so well. It will be rough at times, but he is free from pain and heart ache as he gets to see His Lord and Maker face to face.
What a Blessed Hope for the Child of God!

Aunt Daisy and the Budgell family,
I heard the news about uncle Cec and I was very shaken. Uncle Cec was almost larger than life and it was hard to believe he was gone.
There are two main things that I want to tell you that I loved Uncle Cec for. The first was his porlsitive energy. He reminded me every time I saw him to not take life so seriously. He always reminded me that laughter is a comfort in this life, and no matter how he was feeling he always made me smile.
The other thing was how he lifted my mom's spirits when she was sick. Mom said she could be out to the cabin just after her chemotherapy and she'd be feeling very low. But in the morning she'd look out and see uncle Cec. He would always be doing or wearing something foolish and it would make her laugh out loud. He went out of his was to keep her spirits up.
Uncle Cec had something we should all strive for, and that's a good heart. We should all take a lesson from him in kindness and caring about others.

Daisy so saddened & shocked to hear of Cecil's passing. It was a joy to have known him, tho briefly, he was a true inspiration to every one who met and knew him. It's just good night here, we will see him again.
