Clarice and Family.
We were saddened to hear of Nehemiah's passing. Nehemiah lived for the moment to meet Jesus, his Lord and Savior. So many memories linger with us since pastoring at Baytona. We cannot forget the faithfulness of you and Nehemiah, he was so dependable. With the Lord is best to say about Nehemiah. We encourage each other to be steadfast and await that great reunion Jesus promised to us all who live and die in the faith. God bless you and our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

I am so saddened to hear of Neh's passing. He was a wonderful person and a truly remarkable man. He always made me laugh and that smile of his will never be forgotten. I've never got to see him as much over these last few years but when you did you knew you were loved. Sending lots of love for the days ahead xox

To Clarice & Family And The Pike Family
Please accept my deepest sympathy with the passing of your loved one. Nee was a friend that I knew since an infant. Part of the extended family and faithful in so many areas of life! I called him on September 16th of each year to wish him a happy birthday and he seemed to be so excited for that simple gesture! Today is a sad day for all of us but we have to keep in mind that he's gone to that place where pain and death has no entry or existence and where there'll be no need for anymore phone calls for birthdays but rather ONE GREAT CELEBRATION THROUGHOUT ETERNITY! WE'LL HAVE THE TIME OF OUR LIFE WHEN THE TIME OF OUR LIFE IS OVER!
Love and prayers from Aunt Jessie Osmond

Reflect on his life of love and faith in Christ and the hope of eternal life, we also remember the family in prayer as you experience the pain and separation that death brings. However, we still rejoice in the Hope that our Risen Lord brings to all who trust in Him!

To: Mabel & Duke, Clarice and the entire Pike Family:
On behalf of the Nain Community Pentecostal church and congregation it is with deepest sympathy that we extend our condolences to you and your family today at the loss of a brother, Husband, Father, grand-father and a great man of God.
No doubt Nehemiah, affectionately known to most everyone as Neh, fought a good fight and is now in the presence of His Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Be assured of our prayers today and take courage from Psalm 116:15… “Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints”.
Neh was a great encourager to our ministry and was well respected by both of us. We will miss him deeply.
As you know, to us, the Pikes, Quinan’s & Mews’ are like family and we sincerely feel your loss today.
You are in our thoughts and Prayers!
Blessings,
Pastor Junior & Ivy Andrews & church congregation; Nain, Labrador

I am so sad to hear that my forever friend has left this world, even though for a better place. "Nee" and I have been friends since boys and lived across the road from each other until we were old enough to go our separate ways for work.
I could write a book about Nehemiah & myself! My children and grand children have gone to sleep many nights listening to stories about some of the mischief we got in to! (Off course I only told them the good ones!)
My oldest grand daughter couldn't wait to meet my friend Nee who she heard so many stories about and a few years ago, on a trip to BIrchy Bay, she got to meet him down by Nicks. She finally knew he was "real" and I hadn't made him up just for the stories!
A true friend is someone, when time and distance separate you for many years and you meet again, you pick up where you left off and never miss a beat. Only a couple of weeks ago I spoke with Nee on the phone and even though his voice was not strong we could still laugh and talk about the good times we had growing up.
Nee, everyday for 17 years you came to my house to wait for me or I went to your house to wait for you, now I make one last request Wait for me one more time!

Gloria and I are so saddened to learn of Nehemiah’s passing. We were privileged to know him not only as a church member, a faithful Board member and church treasurer, but also a true friend. He was never aggressive, loud or demanding, but a gentleman who respected others. It was always a delight to be in his presence.
I (Fred) will never forget the trip we made to St. John’s bringing aunt Dorothy Lewis in for medical care. It was hilarious. It was always good to be in his company.
Nehemiah faced many health challenges with courage and faith. Never once would he have a pity party or think negative. Now his battle is over. Now he awaits a new body when Jesus comes to receive His Church. Oh, thank God for the Blessed Hope. While we sorrow over his parting, it is not without hope and the daily comfort of the Spirit with us as we journey ahead.
Be strong, knowing your support is all around you in believers who care.
