To Louisa, Bruce and the Eveleigh Family, We were saddened and surprised to hear about the passing of Derek in recent days. No doubt he will be missed. He was known by many people and loved by all who knew him. We have God's promise that today he is at peace in the presence of our Lord. A big thank you to Louisa and Bruce who cared for him in such a sacrificial way. I'm sure he appreciated all that you both did for him. How kind and loving to welcome him into your home and provide for him in every way. So sorry to hear of Derek's passing. Condolences to all the family. I know he will be missed but may you find strength and comfort in the many memories you have of him. Louise we talked many times of Derek and how he made us laugh when we least expected it and how he taught us so many lessons in humility and how to enjoy the finer and little things of life. He is in a better place today, "where the sun never sets and the leaves never fade" and no more pain. Thinking and praying for you all today.
