So sorry to hear of Frank's passing.My prayers are with you Joan and all of Franks family.What a pleasure to have know Mr. Tilley.I say Mr because he was so well respected and likeable person.I was honored to be his friend .He stood out from the first time I seen him in Embree church that first Sunday morning in September of 2013. He had his hands raised most of the worship service.Praising his Lord and Savior. I immediately wanted to get to know him...It was a pleasure to be around him.I was blessed to have know him for a short while.But I know where he his now and I will join him soon in that Land where we will Never grow Old.And where we will forever be praising our our Savior. My prayers are with his family God will give you joy and peace hold on to Jesus he is there to comfort you.Concentrate on the happy reunion in the near future. Mrs. Tilley and family… So sorry to hear of Mr. Tilley’s passing… I have many memories of him from my childhood… Richmond street was where many of the community kids played games..
