Sending heartfelt condolences to Olive and the entire Fudge family. My memories of Ralph from growing up next door on Young St. were of a very quiet and hard working man. Ralph, together with Olive raised a large and wonderful family, some were my close childhood friends. To lose someone so special is hard at whatever age. Thinking of you. Norma

Some of my fondest summer memories are of Uncle Ralph taking Cynthia and me to Brighton on the Hopedale to visit Grandma Fudge. He would drop us off, and on the boat’s return from Labrador pick us up for the trip back to Lewisporte. Always kind and helpful. Rest in peace Uncle Ralph. xo

I have so many memories of “Nan and Pop Fudge”. I lived in Lewisporte for a number of years, and I was a part of the furniture at Barb’s house, I babysat, I cooked and cleaned, I was a part of the clan. I spent many hours at Nan and Pop’s house in Stanhope, I can still see it in my mind. I know all the family and am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was an unforgettable man, who loved hard.
It is very hard to lose a parent, my own Mom is gone 9 years, and I still think of her hourly. Remember the love Pop had for every one of you.

My last memories with pop will forever be in heart. His love radiated just having me at his beautiful home & showing me his garden. He sent me back to calgary with a bag full of his home grown potatoes.
Even though I didn’t get many moments with pop I knew his love for me was strong. He will be greatly missed and forever in my heart.

To Olive , her sons and daughters, whom I have known and enjoyed spending time with over the years, her grandchildren , who are so special to her and Ralph, I extend sincere condolences on the passing of one of the kindest, sweetest, most loving man I have ever known besides my own Father. Roy and Ralph were great buddies and we spent so many enjoyable times together as couples and we loved them so much.
I know you are going to miss him and his wisdom and his unequivocal love so very much, as will I.
May he rest in peace ❤️
Proudly Serving You from Lewisporte, Newfoundland
