To Gordon and his family; Just heard of your Shirley's (mom's) passing--sorry to hear but we know she is in a better place and out of her suffering. Gordon, you and Shirley kept mom company for a number of hours and we as a family were very grateful for that. Whenever we had a family function mom always wanted you and Shirley to be included. Uncle Gordon, Aunt Linda, Aunt Delphine, Aunt Alva, and Uncle Boyd and families. My heart feels like it is torn into shreds to know Aunt Shirley is no longer with us on earth, she is now an angel in heaven watching over us daily. I have so many memories of summers spent on Change Islands with you, wearing your clothes and makeup because you would let us girls try it on and do what ever we wanted, some would call it spoiled, we called it Loved. To my family- I love you and I tried to make it home to be with you all, time and distance would not allow it, my heart is there and my prayers are with you all today. Go rest high on that mountain Aunt Shirley, You are loved more then words can express.
