Obituary of Alton Thomas Woolfrey

It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of Alton Thomas "Wayne" Woolfrey on January 10th, 2016, at the age of 65 years. He is predeceased by: parents Smith & Belle; brother Robert Woolfrey; and beloved mother-in-law Kathleen Dwyer. Left to cherish Wayne's memory are: sons: Christopher and Justin (Julie); daughter Lisa (Peter) Dawe; Poppa's most precious treasures, grandchildren: Alyssa, Justin, Jasmin, Annabelle, Thomas, Mason, and Emma; and brother Roy (Charlotte); as well as a large circle of brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends who will cherish many fond memories of a life well loved. Resting at Families Funeral Home 9 Forward Drive Lewisporte on Wednesday from 7-9pm and Thursday From 2-4pm and 7-9pm, funeral service will take place on Friday at 11am from St. Matthew's United Church in Lewisporte with interment to take place at a later date. in Lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Ronald McDonald House.
